We’re bringing more to the table (actually it could be you doing that). You can now upload your own tables for application specific forecasts - great for ETS participants with over 100ha of forest, or if you want the latest research.
New Features
Plan your forest
Want to know how much native forest you have confirmed to plant? You can now filter sites by their forest type and planting status.
Bring your own tables
Historically CarbonCrop has been using MPI’s default tables for carbon forecasts. You can now provide your own regional carbon tables for forecasting, for example if you’d like to use Scion’s tree growth models.
Participant specific tables
ETS Registrants with more than 100 ha are required to perform measurements of their forest under FMA (Field Measurement Approach). This results in custom tables, these can now be imported into the CarbonCrop platform.
Manage your tasks
Stay on top of your emission returns to-do list. Now open to all CarbonCrop platform users, with new task flows coming soon!
Updated titles from LINZ
CarbonCrop has pulled the latest NZ title data from LINZ, giving you the most up to date view of legal ownership when creating new sites or editing their boundaries.*
*Note: existing sites will not update automatically. Contact your account manager if your site boundaries have changed and need to be updated using the latest information.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a minor issue where editing the site boundary wouldn’t work if the site had no name set
Stay tuned for more updates next month!
